caries that was treated this day. 2.5 looks suspicious at

mesial caries was found and removed from 2.5. |

| Blue block-out
resin was applied for ozone to be delivered into 2.5 deep
cavity and also to 2.4 distal and interproximal gingiva, on
Jan.20/05. Rubber cup from HealOzone delivery handpiece is
shown. |

| Jan.27/05, one week later, radiograph shows 2.5
deep glass ionomer restoration. 2.4 distal may have residual
caries, or thick, radiolucent SE Bond from Oct/03 |

Jan.20/05 2.5 has Glass Ionomer temporary restoration.
Patient was given a Proxabrush and plastic, triangular-shaped
toothpicks to clean interproximally, when not flossing. The
open contact will be closed at a future date with subsequent
restorations. |

Composite resin restoration. (Compare with Oct./03 radiograph
above.) On Mar.1/05, (not shown here), I remade the 2.4 distal
occlusal restoration at no charge, and placed a mesial occlusal
composite resin over the glass ionomer (as base) in 2.5. A
contact between 2.4 & 2.5 was established.
