Looks dark because of internal stain & materials.
After having internal materials and discoloured
dentin removed. A new tooth-coloured bonded composite resin
(distal & occlusal surfaces, into pulp chamber) was
placed, at minimal fee, for a major improvement in appearance.
Patient is
aware that thin enamel might fracture.
A porcelain crown can be made in the future.
