Incisor 2.1 is in crossbite, behind lower incisor 3.1. Note also the lowered gum line by 3.1, with lack of attached gingiva. These problems existed before the trauma.

One week after inserting appliance, 2.1 is already moved labially, in front of 3.1, out of crossbite.
