Two crowns on 2 implants were made by another
dentist.
The gum healed with no papilla between them. This is a
cosmetic problem. Note the normal, pointed, pink papillae
between all other teeth.

Pink composite resin was carved
to look like a papilla. You are seeing the internal surface.
This gets turned over and placed between the crowns.

Appearance is greatly improved with this
gingival prosthesis, artificial papilla in place.
It may come loose when eating, but can be worn for photographs
and for speaking.
