The “after” is a major improvement
that the patient is very pleased with, but the result is not
ideal. He is missing an upper left lateral incisor. The larger
cuspid sits in its place. Making this larger tooth look exactly
like a smaller incisor is not possible. Patient did not want
the additional expense of more Lumineers on the left side, top
or bottom, or on lower right side.
