Bruxism caused much wear of the
biting surfaces of many teeth. Teeth 1.1, 2.1 have previously
had root canal treatment
Upper 8 front teeth are restored
with Lumineers. Lower teeth were adjusted to allow for the increased
length of upper teeth.

2.1, the darkest tooth, will be treated internally to
lighten it before placing Lumineers.

After bonding Lumineers, porcelain and resin were adjusted for
comfortable occlusion in variable jaw positions. This is the
finished result.

Colour of Lumineers was selected by patient,
not by Dr. Perlmutter.
